« Les Tablées de Vic » un festival hors du commun né en 2015 de l’imaginaire du maire de Vic-en-Bigorre (65) Clément Menet. L’objectif de départ : rendre populaire la grande cuisine et rapprocher les chefs les plus réputés du public. Mission accomplie, la Halle de la capitale du Val d’Adour est pleine tous les ans (3000 festivaliers en moyenne) et l’équipe organisatrice travaille aujourd’hui à un vrai développement de l’événement ; pour en faire un rendez-vous incontournable de la gastronomie. Beaucoup de grands chefs et de pâtissiers prestigieux sont déjà passés par Vic en Bigorre, et ce n’est que le début de l’aventure …

« Les Tablées de Vic » est un événement qui met également en lumière les producteurs locaux et les circuits courts.
